BABY COTS & KIT
We are pleased to offer a few items to facilitate the stay of families with infants or babies. These include a bottle sterilizer, nappies, and a baby carrier. A baby cot is available on request. The nearest bank is in Elounda village at a distance of 5km from the Resort. The nearest 24-hour Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is in Plaka Village at a distance of 300 meters from the Resort.

A few meters from Cayo’s grand swimming pools right next to beautiful loungers and umbrellas, the Enastron Bar offers cocktails that will delight your senses. Opening hours: 07:00 – 24:00 hrs.
Cayo’s cozy and beautifully decorated lobby bar connects to a spacious outdoor patio (veranda). A magnificent view of the surrounding area and the islet of Spinalonga create the perfect setting to enjoy drinks and cocktails. Opening hours: 12:00 noon to 20:00 hrs.

Two cable railways operate on a 24 hours basis. The 1st line connects the entrance level with rooms up to the 4th level. The 2nd line connects with rooms up to the 4th and 5th levels.

CAYO’S SPOT ON THE BEACH OF PLAKA
Cayo’s guests will find umbrellas, sun-beds, and towels on its designated spot on Plaka’s beach. Hotel staff is available to help. Cayo’s Stone Beach house is located just a few meters away. Opening hours 10:00 – 23:00.

A doctor is available on call if needed. For emergencies, the nearest hospital is in Agios Nikolaos town 15km away from the Resort. The nearest pharmacy is in Elounda 4.5km away from the Resort. Should you need any assistance, kindly contact our Front Desk team.
Located next to the Spa area Cayo’s fitness center comes with cardio, strength, and group training equipment. You will find treadmills, an elliptical machine, a bicycle, a multi-function workout machine, dumbbells, and mattresses. Children less than 14 years of age are NOT permitted to use the facility. Guests are required to wear proper training shoes. Opening hours 08:00 to 20:00.

Kindly contact our Housekeeping team should you wish to use laundry services. The laundry operates from 11:00 to 20.30. To receive your freshly cleaned laundry until 17:00 the following day, please place it in the laundry bag and leave it on the bed for our Housekeeping to collect. For express day service, please leave the Laundry & Dry Cleaning List at Reception before 09.00. Please fi nd laundry bags along with a price list in your main wardrobe. The laundry will be delivered to your room on the same day by 17:00.

LOST & FOUND
To inquire about any misplaced items during your stay, kindly contact Housekeeping. After check-out all found items are stored in our Lost and Found department. When contacted after your stay, we will make every eff ort to locate your items and return them to you, subject to reimbursement for any postage charges.

Please be advised that dogs are excluded from all public/common areas of the Hotel and may not be left alone in bedrooms.

We take every precaution to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests during their stay. Our staff members are qualified to deal with emergencies. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with evacuation procedures, including directions to the nearest fire alarm, fire extinguisher and emergency exit.
